Santa's Grotto 2026
Make your child’s Christmas extra special with a visit to Santa’s magical grotto!
Santa’s grotto will be open on 5, 6, 12, 13 and 19–24 December 2026.
Santa’s assistant elf or fairy will welcome you and lead you into his magical grotto. Santa will greet the children, have a little chat and give each child a gift—so have your mobile phone or camera ready to capture this lovely experience.
Pre-book online for £12.95 per child, including a gift (or pay £13.95 per child on the door, but please be aware there may be a short wait). When booking online, choose a 30-minute arrival period. When you arrive at the Park, you will be allocated a five-minute time slot within that period.
You can book for up to four children together, and accompanying adults are free of charge. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your booked session.
Why not make a day of it and SAVE £5pp and add Park and JungleBarn admission to your order when you purchase at least one child’s Santa’s Grotto ticket online.
GREAT VALUE WINTER RETURN TICKETS
When you visit the Park and JungleBarn, you can also buy GREAT VALUE WINTER RETURN TICKETS for just £6 per person before you leave, valid for another visit on any day we are open during the winter before 19 March 2027 for either the Park & JungleBarn or you can use them to visit the JungleBarn only. Check winter opening times and dates HERE.
ADDITIONAL SANTA’S GROTTO INFORMATION
Santa and his assistants are very popular and never like to rush, so they spend several minutes with each family. We keep to the booking schedule as closely as possible, but you may need to wait for your turn.
While you wait, you are welcome to relax in the Christmas area outside the grotto, pose for photos in Santa’s sleigh, or visit the gift shop and café. If you have booked the Park and JungleBarn, we will call you over the speaker system when it is your turn.
Thank you for your understanding. Rest assured that your family will enjoy the same quality time with Santa when your turn arrives.
To top it all off, why not enjoy something delicious in the Otter Pool Café? Treat yourself to a hot chocolate with marshmallow topping, a turkey and cranberry panini, or another tasty option. The café is open from 10am to 2:45pm, with last orders for hot food at 2pm
