FAQs / Help

How do I book?

Please book your tickets and select an arrival time slot. This is not a limit on how much time you have at the Park, it is just an arrival time, you are welcome to stay all day.

For information on booking and tickets available, please see the website HERE

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please either save to your mobile or print and bring it with you to present at reception along with any other ticket or ID mentioned in the booking details.

What can I expect from my visit?

For full details of what to expect when you visit, please see our website page here

Do you issue refunds?

It is the sole responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that the ticket is used in the correct manner on the date specified. Paradise Park will not accept responsibility for tickets which have been lost, stolen, forgotten about or for any other reasons which may have prohibited their use.

Once a ticket has been booked in for a specific date, we will not refund it due to extremely adverse weather conditions but can move it to another date.

The only time where a refund may be offered is if Paradise Park is required to close again. We would first offer to re-book your tickets, but if a refund is required then please note there would be a £3.50 processing fee as we incur charges through the payment system and to cover admin.

I have an Annual Pass, do I need to book online?

No, it is not essential to book an arrival time online. You can arrive when you wish and present your Annual Pass at reception. If booking online, please bring your booking confirmation (either saved to your mobile or printed out) along with your Annual Pass.

Do you offer ticket extensions?

If you are not able to use the ticket on the date and time specified we do not offer extensions and the ticket will expire.

Do your tickets have age restrictions?

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please see our admissions page for any age restrictions.

Do you offer a disabled concession?
