SANTA's GROTTO 2025
Make your child’s Christmas extra special with a visit to see Santa's magical grotto!
The dates are Sunday 30th November and December 6th & 7th, 13th & 14th, and the 20th to the 24th December 2025.
Santa’s assistant elf or fairy will meet you and take you into his magical grotto. Santa will greet the children, have a little chat and give them their gift - have your mobile/camera ready for this lovely experience.
If you pre book online, per child it is £13.25, and this includes a gift (£14.25 on the door). Select a 30-minute time period when you book online, and when you arrive at the Park you will be allocated a 5-minute time slot within this.
You can book up to 4 children together, accompanying adults are free of charge. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of your booked session.
We hope you will also add a visit to the Park and JungleBarn to your booking.

Santa and his assistants are very popular and do not like to rush things, so will spend several minutes with each family. We keep to our booking slots as much as possible, but you may have to wait for your turn. You are welcome to sit in the Christmas area outside the grotto, pose for photos in Santa's sleigh, and use the gift shop and cafe areas while waiting, or if you have booked the Park and JungleBarn, we will call you over the speaker system. Thank you for your understanding and rest assured when it is your turn your family will also enjoy the same quality time with Santa.
To top it all off why not enjoy something delicious, perhaps a hot chocolate with marshmallow topping, turkey and cranberry panini or other tasty treats in the Otter Pool Café, open from 10am to 2:45pm (last hot food order 2pm).
